In Great Company would like to welcome the wonderful new Volunteer Coordinator Ella McMillan, who has recently joined the In Great Company team.
Ella has been working for Feros Care, our business partner organisation, for some two years now, and when the volunteer opportunity became available, she jumped at the chance. She has a real passion for volunteers, and nurturing your important gifts and contribution.
Ella comes with lots of experience and was involved with volunteers most recently when she looked after the Commonwealth Games volunteers as Deputy Venue Workforce Manager, a role which she loved, and which involved scheduling and nurturing thousands of volunteers. Ella has also been involved in the world of volunteers through her role of organising Pink Ribbon Day for the Cancer Council NSW.
Ella comes with a wealth of experience in Human Resources, and as well as her Bachelor of Communication, HR Management, Public Relations and Photography, she is currently studying for her Masters of HR Resource Management at Griffith University.
We are excited to have Ella join the team of In Great Company, and we know that Ella will be a fantastic support to you all. She has set to work with gusto, matching many of you who have been waiting for a while through our backlog.
